It was very clean and even though it was super busy and there were some outside construction issues, they were still very accommodating and the front desk receptionist was a sweetheart

The staff was very courteous and not only were helpful when we needed them, but smiling and welcoming when we saw them (and not in the fake "costumer servicey" kinda way, it felt like real genuine hospitality). Though I didn't partake, my traveling companion and others stated the breakfast was great, The rooms were clean and accomadating in design and emenities.

Home2 Downtown Baltimore was in the perfect location to Mercy Hospital. The young lady that checked us in was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. The rest of the staff was just as helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable.
